Step-by-step view: if procedure is confusing, clerk guidance can help with filing steps while counsel handles legal strategy

For court credibility, keep statements factual and specific: dates, amounts, and direct quotes where possible.. tbh this should improve decision quality quickly.. Bring exact dates and amounts whenever possible.

From a filing standpoint: general information only: prioritize evidentiary integrity, procedural compliance, and narrowly tailored interim relief requests. Try to stay factual in texts, even if the other side escalates.

dont sign stuff under pressure. take a day read it again then ask questions. i rushed once and regretted it bad. This should improve decision quality quickly.

Attorney here. General information only: I would prep a one-page summary before any consult: timeline, goals, biggest risk, and what result you can live with.
