im lost and i dont got money to keep making mistakes i am trying to avoid a bad decision i am trying to make choices that are realistic not just emotional reactions. what should i not do right now

im not good at legal stuff but id start with dates and proof first. also thats what worked for me. try to stay factual in texts even if the other side escalates.

im not a lawyer but u gotta keep records. screenshots bank stuff text msgs. dont wait till last minute Do not rely on memory. Write notes right after calls.
